		<description>i believe that Spanish should be restore as part of the curriculum in our philippine education. This is one way on how the Filipinos learn and appreciate that the Fiilipino and all other local dialect has a root from the Spanish langauage. 
Remember that even USA now recognized spanish as second language that they should learn from school</description>
